Last weekend was jam packed with fun activities for the kids : ) Right here in down town Chelan they have so many things to do.......and of course the kids want to do all of them!
The kids each got to take a turn with Daddy in the go-carts. I had to run back to the house real quick to get something, so I missed Carter's turn. This is Cameron.
It's so funny, the boys, especially Carter, like to give a play-by-play of events.......and like it when the cars "go into the pits" (can you tell CARS is one of their favorite movies?) They were getting so excited each time Daddy & Sidney came around.
They had seen this car before and got the one they wanted. The boys, again, especially Carter, like orange, and for some reason liked the number 8. Every time we go down to the park they like to watch this car.
I thought this was too funny.....the kids had been watching a video in the car and we finally figured out on the trip up here how to use the wireless headphones....well, there are A LOT of little tiny bugs here, especially around the grass, so Carter was wearing the headphones because he didn't want to get any bugs in his ears. And notice, he's wearing them backwards too : )
Then it was on to boating with some of Roman's Co-workers/friends. The kids just LOVE going down to the docks and looking at the boats and jet skies. The love watching the boats being loaded and unloaded into the water too.
Sidney braved it out in the inner tube behind the boat......for a few seconds anyway. This is the dress that she always seems to be wearing when she goes IN the water......no planned of course : )
The kids were all over the boat......in the front, in the back......back to the front. They LOVED it! They even went kind of fast for a little bit and they were REALLY loving it : )We even stopped at a dock at a park and went to play on the playground for awhile.......of course the kids are asking when we can do it again!
